Program Manager – PMI UPC × O2 SK (1 year contract)
What will your role in the team be?
The Program Manager is accountable for the end-to-end management and delivery of the Post-Merger Integration (PMI) program between UPC and O2 Slovakia.
The role ensures that all integration workstreams are aligned, coordinated and delivered in line with strategic objectives, value realization targets and business continuity requirements.
The Program Manager reports to the IMO Officer / Head of Growth & Project HUB and acts as the single point of accountability for program execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
Program Leadership & Governance
• Own and manage the overall PMI program structure, roadmap and execution
• Establish and run program governance, forums and escalation mechanisms
• Ensure alignment across business, IT, technology and support functions
• Act as primary interface between workstreams and executive sponsors
Program Planning & Execution
• Translate strategic integration goals into a single integrated master plan
• Coordinate all PMI workstreams (Business, IT, Network, Finance, HR, Legal, TSA, Change)
• Manage interdependencies, critical path and sequencing
• Drive decision-making and issue resolution
Value & Financial Management
• Track integration costs, synergies and benefits realization
• Ensure alignment with approved business case and targets
• Support re-forecasting and executive decision-making
Risk, Issue & Change Management
• Own the program-level RAID log
• Proactively identify and mitigate integration risks
• Manage scope changes and their impact on timeline, cost and value
Stakeholder & Communication Management
• Report program status to IMO Officer / Head of Growth & Project HUB
• Prepare executive and board-level reporting
• Ensure transparency and confidence across stakeholders
Transition to BAU
• Oversee stabilization and controlled handover to operations
• Ensure formal program close-out and lessons learned

Program RAID and dependency management
Synergy and value realization tracking
TSA management and exit plans

What we expect from you?
10+ years of experience in program or transformation management
Proven leadership of large-scale integration or transformation programs
Strong understanding of IT, technology and operational dependencies
Experience in telco, technology or infrastructure-heavy environments preferred
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Strong financial and business case orientation
What we offer you?
Base monthly salary starting at € 5000 gross
On top of that, annual bonuses of up to 20 %
